They don't have a clue about traffic management. The people feel pride in breaking the traffic rules. For them STOP light does not have any meaning. The circles at the junction of the roads pose accident risk & should be removed. The Traffic Police should be given the Torch to control the traffic at night. The T police should be able to control the Auto rickshaws in violating the traffic rules. They are running on overload with the people as well as material. There should be strict penalty for repeated offenders. Teen below the age of 18 are driving the vehicle without valid Licence. I found that the Driving training centres are not teaching them properly. Everybody will drive right side. The RTO should also be made strict while issuing the licences and AGENTS should be abolished & E-system should be introduced. This will help in following the traffic rules & will also help Traffic Police. Overall Traffic police has much to do to improve & long way to go.

The VAdodara Traffic Police is as good as not their, All the driver break the most offensive of rules infront of the Traffic Police men and the dont even budge.

Vadodara police is not active in punishing offenders. I strongly believe that the total cost of the police dept. can be covered by effective traffic management. If the punishment by way of fine is strictly enforced, there will be rule of law on the road and huge income by way of fine. I wish police head take very active step.

Its really upseting state of traffic in Vadodora. <ay be as compare to Ahmedabad we are better. But I still feel the possibility of becoming the best looking at the scale of the city and traffic volume on roads. The major problem in Vadodara is cow menace and wrong side driving for short cuts. Not just two wheeler riders try wrong side but even four wheelers and SUVs can be found taking U-turns from wrong sides. Strict law enforcement is must in case of traffic management. No local citizen, rikshaw wala dares to break traffic rules in Chandigarh that's why drivers from other places also don't dare to break the rules there. Youngsters must be controlled and educated at school levels

Horrible. No management in traffic control. They only knows towing of 4- wheelers or 2- wheelers even they are not encroaching traffic or no harassment on traffic, In city, there are no proper parking places, where people park their vehicles? Police not taking any actions against lariwalas, hawkers, etc. even though they are nuisance to traffic congestions on roads. They are only after taking or towing vehicles of people. It is shameful on police that they are harassing common people by towing vehicles.
