Worst service provider. We took a domestic connection in Pashan, which went down almost every day for a few hours and we used to raise a complaint.
Finally one fine day the connectivity simply vanished. They took the complaint but their technician gave us the facts that our society had asked them to get into a contract and deposit security fees which their management refused and our society removed all 40 connections.
We asked Tikona to complete the formalities or refund our money which was about Rs. 3000. 06 months passed but there is no response from their side
