BSNL - Chennai

Air tel service is most of the time works fine. When the fault and complaint occurs they take lot of time to rectify it. Specially the Broad bank users are suffering on their delay part. Even if the complaint made at night on broad band services, they should depute in the night and rectify it. The broad bank users importance they are not caring.

I have made several complaint regarding their billing. During the heavy rain fall, their Server at Guindy was totally destroyed and all our systems were off the air for than 22 days. When ever complaints made to the customer care center they inform that within 24 hours the system will restore, like wise my system was down for 22 days. After a week if first complain, I asked them how about the billing for not providing the facility for which they informed that bill amount will be deducted for the non service availability period. But I find that they have not adjusted the 22 days system failure period. Many complaints were through mail, for which they have not attended or replied to any of the mail. The customer service and customer anguish they are not taking in to right spirit. The billing on these service also high. Even phone calls/SMS services etc charges are high almost double comparing with BSNL .The charges must be regulated and all service provider should charge the same amount and to be fixed by TRAI

I don't have other option and forced to continue with BSNL. It is very much interrupted. Not sure whether the task can be completed. At the same time, I can't blame the BSNL fully. Every, alternate date corporation people cut the cable. There is no coordination among the different agencies. Ultimately, public is sufferer. Alternate solution is Wifi only.

When it works it is good. When breaks down and if you complain , it is definitely attended to ,quickly, within a day.
Most often it breaks down, due to their own maintenance activity, but they never inform you in advance. When you tell them about break-down on 121 , initially they'll talk tangentially as if they do not understand what is the problem, if you get angry with them , they'll say there is no problem from their side and we have to check at our end , if you threaten them then only they'll tell you that there is some work going on and it'll be restored within so many hrs. This is the black mark on AIRTEL BB and if they
straighten this bad trait in them,they'll certainly be the best in India.

Maintenance is poor for internet service as within one month three times net connection was working for nearly two days each time that too all during weekends(Friday- Sunday). how it can be. their reply was sorry. In good olden days nobody takes the complaints but now improvement is they take the complaints.
