BSNL - Chennai

On taking new connection the BSNL people not confident themselves whether that particular area had good coverage or not. Aloofness & lack of responsibility made them idol and never doing any job sincere. Especially last week I went to Kumanchavadi Telephone Exchange which is new Telephone Exchange arises since I am resident of Iyyappanthangal they asked to contact new one and openly saying there is no one to take care the people those who come for new connection. The Line man answer irresponsibly which made me to not take connection from BSNL. BSNL SUCKS....

It is slow and though it is unlimited we will get a message stating that we have used speed therefore no longer the same speed is applicable till the next billing cycle? why is it called unlimited then! And the office in Kilpauk employees attitude towards the customer is pathetic and they do not want to work or do anything but get the salary.. they actually sent the customer to Anna nagar to get the surrender form for surrendering the telephone instead of transfer…. Why is the attitude of the public undertaking is horrible… they just do not do their work,… anything we ask they do not know… and they are ready to lose out this for the private entities! what a pity…this is after to reservation recruits…etc.,,, INTENTION IS HOW NOT TO WORK AND GET THE SALARY…

Using bsnl broadband in vadapalani. Connectivity not stable. Assured 2 Mbps not coming.

BSNL broadband and data connectivity is not upto the mark. They need to upgrade the systems. When number portablity is done for bsnl from one circle to another circle, they do not transfer the deposit and credit policy to the new circle. They say they do not have such process and we need to lose our credit balances. Every circle behave they are different organisations and not one BSNL. Others can share their experience in this regard for a solution

I'm using Rajnet in Mugalivakkam. It is always very slow though I'm paying for 40mbps speed. Their customer service is pathetic and issue resolution takes long time. I'm very unhappy with Rajnet and looking for ACT or Reliance Jio to come in our area to migrate.

It will be great if these cables been laid properly and as and when the new connection is applied they can given it from the cable which they have already laid instead f digging the road.. and the same thing with the electricity and the water and drainage too. Give a provisions which is to see things for next 20 years at least.
