2. MUST (even if you forget walking)- Pranayam - Anulom-Vilom. You can learn from Baba Ramdev clip on YouTube. Anulom-Vilom increases good cholesterol and increases stamina.
Still if it doesn't work you can take him to Patanjali YogPeeth or some other reputed Yoga institutes e.g. MorarJee Desai Yoga institutes in Delhi. more
