Dear all , I have recd notice from IT Deptt where in assessment yr 2013-14 I had filled up complete tax value (+3.5 Lacs) while by mistake being first try I have not mentioned my earning . this comes under scrutiny in May 2015 which I ignore while second notice I had met on 22 dec 2015 with IT Officer submit my application hard copy which he had not recd while on his personal mail which he shared I have noted down same . but same day he raised Demand notice which I have recd w/o back calculations . He had refused to meet against Jan'16 notice . these calculation he had shared last week & inspite of knowing that I had rectified the ITR he is willing to talk to advocate /CA for some other interest .
Being Good Tax Payer citizen on my small mistake where income shown NIL & Tax paid how they can ask for 100% mini penalty of Tax paid . plz guide me more
