1. If the Constitution was not inserted with Article 37 ; If the article 246 was not allowed to supersede Article 36 and 12, the Directives of Rule from 38 to 49 could have definitely eradicated Poverty in Independent India. Piety is that , neither Parliament and Presidents in Rule, nor the Supreme Court of India still not realizing this injustice to the very successors/ Citizen of the Freedom Fighters. The inability of Executive to carry the Governance and Rule in-terms of Constitutional Mandates of part IV , as well as the guarantees Contemplated in the Preamble of our Constitution RESULTED THE RULE IN CONTINUANCE OF POVERTY AND STARVING nearly a half of its Citizen. 2. The absolute power of Rule that was wholly awarded to Political Leaders caused diversion of Principles of Rule. They ignored mandates of Articles 38, 39 a, 41, 45, 46, whereby Education and Adequate Means of Livelihood were grossly neglected. They ignored mandates of Article 39 b , and c whereby allowed wealth concentrated only with their supporters , supporting Traders and Businessmen , AND, THE ROBBERS/LOOTERS OF Natural Sources, Resources including Land Treasure like Minerals, Metals etc., and , Forest Produces. This is allowed swallow of Natural Wealth and National Resources IF CURBED, INDEED COULD HAVE REDUCED POVERTY in India. 3. The Constitution was set in such a way, even the Judiciary cannot mandate the Constitutionally Guaranteed Rule in the Country as otherwise, Education, Healthcare and Adequate Means of Livelihood could have been addressed mostly. 4. The another tragedy is non enforcement of prompt Electioneering and non carry of IPC on Offences relating to Elections which had given raise resulting in a score of above 30% Convicted Politicians in the Houses of People. It is the pitiable stature of Political Democracy in India and the increased Convicts in the Present Houses also scored 40% JUST BECAUSE the Political Parties are not interested to keep them away from Rule just for achieving never-ending Vote Banks. 5. The dilution in most of the important Governing Bodies and even Media in India is just because of the lapse of ONE AND ONLY ONE AUTHORITY WITH EMPOWERED RESPONSIBILITY for carrying Constitutional Mandates as adopted by our Freedom Fighters and other the then supporters of Unity in the Constitutional Assembly. To be away from all these ills and evils, either a Marshall Law or a Body with absolute authority and responsibility for implementation of Constitutional Mandates IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.
