Titan Eye plus is making people fool by selling cheap glasses of very poor quality under the brand name & with Expensive Advertising. I bought a so-called high-end EyeGlasses  from Titan Eye Plus; I paid INR 7494/ - for my EyeGlasses. Now I feel that it has fooled me because I found multiple problems with the lens. I went to the Titan Eye Plus store, Bhojubir, Varanasi. with this issue, but store Manager (Mr Raj Tilak) also did not intend to give service; he called the store owner, and he misbehaved me too. It was shocking to me. I tried to contact the Titan Eye Plus customer care for several times taking my trouble but I were just ignored by the customer care too and I am not being given any response, every time I call on customer care but they said that we’ll call back to you in some time, and till date, no call came, I tried to chat on Titan Eye Plus website too many times but there is no proper response too, I also chat on Titan Eye Plus WhatsApp helpline number but they also do not help. Isn’t it sounds frustrating? Shame on company like this. I totally wasted my money. So, now I have nothing left except a way to take legal action against the Titan Eye Plus Company. #TitanEyePlus more

The reality is the frame and Eye Glasses are very costly and reason is only known to the respective companies. A finished glass and a frame costs not less than Rs. 10,000/-. more

Trade practices reached a low ebb in the competitive market as Govt. has no control but it cost the consumers badly. Such incidences are not uncommon. Hence it's better to purchase from authorised shop. That take cares of such difficulties. more
