Indigo plane door opening incident - double standards

The opening of Indigo flight door is not an offence against Indigo airlines alone. The offence is also against DGCA rules and against passengers on that flight. Indigo airlines therefore had neither the sole right nor locus standii to accept an apology from the offending flyer Mr.Surya, leading to the matter being treated as closed. It was the statuatory duty of Indigo to report the matter to its controlling authorities including DGCA for further action. Matter should also have been immediately reported to the sirport police. Under the circumstances, Indigo also needs to face prosecution for hiding this violation. more

When Aviation Minister himself comes out in Newsprint defending his party colleague claiming that the Aircraft was not in motion but was revving when the accidental door opening by this hooligan neta:Tejasvi opened the door and he himself reported it too. Boy...what is the aviation minister reduced himself to being a spokesman for a party poster boy? So this was an indication to Indigo not to go to police. Police would listen to Neta not Corporate or common public if they were to report or give witness. They would be harassed by IT, ED & other agencies as well. more
Whoever it is irrespective of the importance a wrong done even if there was no issue should have been recorded and documented as per rules but looks like nothing was done.Actually DGCA should ask the airlines to formally raise it and then close it saying no untoward incidents occured. more
There are different laws for haves and have nots. The cases filed against politicians rarely reach conclusion - tareekh pe tareekh continues for decades. more
I don't really understand why the people with out knowledge politicalize. A door on plane needs greater energy. It can not open easily. Know that first more
