शायद नहीं। दस में आठ उपभोक्ताओं को यह नहीं पता,
लेकिन आप जान लें कि एलपीजी कनेक्शन के साथ ही आपका
बीमा हो जाता है। गैस सिलेंडर से दुर्घटना होने की स्थिति में आपको
10 से 25 लाख रुपए तक का क्लेम मिल सकता है।
इतना ही नहीं सामूहिक दुर्घटना की स्थिति में क्लेम की राशि
50 लाख रुपए तक हो सकती है।
दुर्घटना के बाद इलाज का खर्च कंपनी उठाती है......

There is always a risk in "forwarding" information that we receive from our friends in the mail. Believe me, most of such khabars are "not true". For example, a friend sent me a fwd about four weeks ago that the RBI had issued a statement that w.e.f .....they mentioned some date in the not too distant future.....the banks will refuse to accept currency notes on which there is any writing.........in pencil or in ink. Now this is all rubbish. How can a user be penalised for something he has not done? It's either the bank tellers or the babus who have the habit of writing on the currency notes. So, please ascertain the authenticity of such statements before you "forward" these. It's nice to be the first to send a "sensational" khabar, but it can do more harm than good. Hope you understand and take this in the right spirit.......thanks! more

Dr. (Mrs.) Chandra Kanta Gosain had put this in her post. I hope it is true. Because the supplier of Defective equipment is definitely legally responsible. They are suppose to attend to any any leak calls 24/7. I suggest please check with the LPG Authorities directly about this. Dr. (Mrs.) Chandra Kanta Gosain amy be able to throw some light on this subject. more

My colleague recently had a terrible accident due to leakage in cylinder with 60% burn but lucky to survive and still under treatment for more than 5 months. He spent around 7 lakh till today out of which only 3 were covered by medical insurance company. At no stage medical insurance, company's HR department or other legal department ever advised that he can also claim part of the expenses from LPG companies. Therefore I would like to ask Mr, Chandra if they have really investigated that this information is really True? As this is the era of fast communication, it is very crucial that authenticity of the information is verified fully before passing on...therefore I would like to know more about before even thinking to post it / share it with others. more
