Heart attacks rarely look like the ones in movies.
Sometimes it’s just:
A little heaviness in the chest.
A little chest compression
A strange tiredness.
A cold sweat you can’t explain.
Your body always whispers before it screams.
But most people wait for the scream.
Don’t ignore discomfort.
Don’t argue with your heart.
It only asks for help once. more

Last 30: years we educated the society about the heart attack. With Covid vaccine and Covid 19 People need to be taught about the care to respiration and care to lungs. The "last breath" by doctors need to be explained properly in the society. The brain,the lungs,the CNS along with the heart need oxygen. Kindly explain No major or minor excercise Only sufficient Yoga done , properly, timely, with a duration is good,in giving oxygen to the body parts more
