The Gurgaon Municipal Corporation faltering

Gurgaon in last 12 years has become from barren lands to a concrete jungle with no life, an artificial oasis with no water, heard of people, markets to tap the residents but it severely lacks in many of its basis responsibilities.
I have a few indications- This city hardly has any green belts, any water body which is so essential for any living space. This part is not as arid as it has been created because of lousy humans and Govt. departments, Gurgaon is on the verge of being hell.
The mindless infrastructure growth with no rationale of planning to accommodate nature and purity will not auger well for the residents in future.
There must be an aggressive drive for afforestation and plantation on roadsides with multiple water bodies like canals and lakes specially in areas where the concrete encroachment is still not that rampant like on the outskirts on Sohna Road etc with storage of rain water.
Gurgaon has no footpaths and consideration for pedestrians. While, the private undertakers mend the roadsides, Govt. severely fails in doing its own duty. The footpaths are still not in place in most places. The crossings on the junctions is also stupid, with no crossways and across trails for pedestrians to cross the whole roads on crossings it must be improved.
The Golf course extension road merging with Faridabad-Gurgaon link road is totally damaged and badly maintained with only patch works. I request the GMC to improve the road and special care of its drainage route. More greenery is required on sides with grass planting on dusty sides. There is one spot where barb wires are right on road for months altogether and there's noone to listen even after my complaints on the spot itself.
I also want to bring attention of authorities on the mess at Badshahpur passage. Why absurd mayhem at this T point is allowed at one Shama biryani which is situated illegally at the corner, with many vendors and roadside encroachment, block the passage everyday. Why this biryani corner is not demolished? This must be removed at once. The parkings on roads, the markets on roadside must be removed. At busy hours, the policemen must be there to navigate the traffic who are never there when they're required. I've reported this to the local picket but no action. After this, I'd put this to CM with all force.
The state of Gurgaon-ALwar highway: The road maintenance even after relaying is still not done properly. The breakers on this road were removed but after laying the new road. This is sign of huge idiocy as the road is left with potholes where the breakers were removed without smoothening the road there. Why the Dept doesn't take care in areas of high water logging ? That leads to road damage and wastage of resources.
Important issue of making proper round abouts at all crossings. The situation at crossings is not improving, still the ROBs are made with no modelling of sides, the surface or making of zebra crossings etc. The vendors at the crossings must not be allowed to congest traffic as they do everywhere. The crossings at Vatika where SPRoad joins Sohna Road is again very poorly fashioned. It's very chaotic crossing, this must be made in a proper round about with water drainage, footpath, green belt, traffic navigation in the middle, check on erratic movement of passerbys and the vehicles.

The crossing at Rajiv Chowk is equally erratic, badly created, with no proper traffic management, very les space for traffic to make its movement, the space between pilars is so inadequate something must be done about it. more
