TATA AIG E-MEDITEK

I am the policy holder of TATAAIG E-MEDITEK since 2 years, last time when my son got injured and i admited him in KAMINENI hospital where they were un-able to provide me cashless treatment, so, i have to pay the amount and same was informed to TATAAIG E-MEDITEK and almost one month of Request the hospital admin staff gave me the letter for the expenses done.

when we submitted the documents in TATAAIG E-MEDITEK Hyderabad, they justsaid it will be solved with in 7 days but after one also there was no response, after i contacted CC of delhi(head office) CC of hyderabad . but no use from March to now there is no progress. Every time they reply our executive will contact you , but there is no such person who called executive, not even single reply from them.

what can i do, is it right to contact consumer court.

Atleast requesting you please don't take any Health plans from TATAAIG E-MEDITEK. more

Faced the same problem with TATA AIG they refused to respond. Eventually they will tell you by phone that your claim has been rejected by their doctors on some flimsy ground or the other. They will not send you any written details.! Its a con job by TATA AIG and they should be boycotted entirely by the public. We should make this public and bring about awareness to the rest. (actually if you can afford to pay for or buy an insurance policy you really don't need it. Put that same money in a recurring deposit every year. You have your money and enjoy the interest too. Medical insurance is a total loss). more
