Dear customer,

This is in reference to your email requesting for refund of data deduction amount for your airtel mobile number 9766509711.

We regret to inform you that, we are unable to refund the deducted amount from our end as the charges are valid for the same.

Your feedback acts as the roadmap for our planning on network deployment and I have forwarded your location details to my technical team for future network planning.

Network enhancement involves clearance and approvals from local authorities and some external factors owing to which it may not be possible to provide you a specific time frame for resolving your concern.

Thank you for choosing airtel.

Best Regards,

Writing to TRAI, minister etc is not going to work. Only way is to approach the consumers forum for each case and claim, damages due to aggravation and time loss. Claim should ask for indexing and Interest, so the companies will not keep on delaying the reply to the courts. Do not accept that the company is represented by a lawyer as there is no point of law just plain decency and intent to defraud. No other government department will do anything. more
