The INR is a test of blood clotting which is primarily used to monitor Warfarin therapy, where the aim is to maintain elevated INR in certain range of 2 to 3 . Initially it is done frequently and later fortnightly when it is stablised. For this one has to stop eating all the foods/vegetables which contain Vitamin K, like Spinch, Sarson ka saag, cabage, cauliflower--all leafy & green vegetables. I did not maitain my INR number to the required range as a result I got a stroke on 15 Dec 2012. I was lucky to have survived that stroke .I now do not eat any green & leafy vegetables(saroson ka saag, spinch cabage ect ect) and maintain INR at 2.5 after regularly taking Acitrom. For maintaining INR in required range one has to take a medicine Acitrom doses and carry out blood test fortnightly. more

Done't know the reason of high Cholesterol. Any Home remedies to minimize cholesterol? more
EF factor is how effectively your heart is pumping blood in to your body. With EF factor of 35% your mother will survive if she maintains herself and takes all the medicines. I have also EF factor of 35% and I will survive as I maintaining my heart with all kinds of medicines .I am taking 18 medicines daily and keep my INR number in between 2 to 3 for which I get it checked in a Lab every 15 days. Nothing to worry but be careful and maitain the heart. more
I am not sure, I think Ejection Fraction ( EF) tells the Heart strength. and you can check EF by getting Echo done. It tells heart blood pump capacity. Thanks for recommending ramdev jis tablets. will tell my mother to take. Her EF is 35-40%. more
