Krishnaiah OR, Political Leader Vishnu Kumar Raju in the Supreme Court ? 4] Everyone is shirking their responsibility as to why they did not represent S.C. seeking Constitutionally Justified Justice TO SUMMON AND HERE THE CASE IN S.C. prior to the Appointed Day . 5] None is questioning TDP President Sri Chandra Babu Naidu AS TO WHY HE REJECTED THE PLEA/REQUEST OF United AP Government Employees Union to join with them against Unjustified Bifurcation [was it to acquire the Seat of CM on Elections ?] 6] None is moving Supreme Court OR, the President of the Nation to call for the public interest Analysis of above 19 hundred Suggestions on AP State Bifurcation FROM THE GOM-MHA . If the Suggestions placed before GOM-MHA are analysed with majority DEMANDS , THE ABOVE FUNDAMENTAL ISSUES TOGETHER WITH IMPLEMENTATION OF 10 YEARS UNION TERRITORY around the Hyderabad GHMC , could have been found justified place to be resolved which makes the Supreme Court to order the Justified process procedure. 7. Neither TDP nor any opposition Party NOR the Social Leaders PREFERRING TO APPROACH S.C. only because of the Acceptance given by the Ruling New A.P.Government under Constitutional Statutes. [ IT IS LIKE 'AFTER GETTING SUFFICIENT / 1/2 PART UNDER new Special Category , DEMANDING NOW for Special Status WHICH INDEED IS AGAINST STATUTORY PRACTICE OF General Administration. In Fact, Sri Raghu Rama Rajan' s Inspection /Survey Report of 1 and 1/2 DECADES BACK TO UPA GOVT notified 7 States other than AP, Telangana which are still neglected and so, the decision of 14th Finance Commission shall be the mandate for AP , Telangana ] All prove that , Congress instigated, AITMC instigated for Coalition of CONGRESS ; TDP ; JDS ; AITMC ; SP and, the BSP etc. for a collective move to get rid off from the clutches of Aadhar Card and its Linkage ;;;; Digital and Bank through Transactions ;;;; Limitation of Cash Transactions ;;;; REFORMS in Binamy Act ;;; Check on Communication/ Investigation Systems .
