ORGAN Donation Rules

As per news Government is considering changing Organ Donation Rules. I would like Govt. to consider the following suggestion:

When a person meets with an accident and subsequently dies in hospital the hospital should report to a Medical Authority regarding suitability of his organs for donation. If found suitable then in such cases organ donation should be compulsory.
The hospital should harvest usable organs and pay a predetermined price to next of kin. The price to be paid should be decided by Ministry of Health in consultation with a panel of doctors.
In many cases the accident victim happens to be sole bread earner of his family. The financial support on account of organ donation will help the family. more

Technology matching vocabulary important. Terms like "organ harvesting" or "अंग प्रत्यारोपण एवं संरक्षण" should be emphasised. State organ donation rules in hindi vernacular also. more
I Agree with Mr. Mohit Pende suggestion but I have one humble and sincere request the organ amount should go family members accont directely from Organ taker's account no meditare should be involved. It's great help and suggport to family members. more
Organ transplantation helps India's Medical Authority benefits. Allopathy, immunology, and allopath doctors will benefit. more
0.6 organ donors per million in India. Accident deaths 1.5 lakhs a year. See the gap! more
I agree with the suggestions of Mr. Mohit Pande. more
