Snapdeal - Product not delivered but deduct money from my account

Dear Mr. Bahl,
This is to inform you that on 10 May 20 - 09:25 PM I placed an order (Suborder: 41200442522) for OSFT Anti Pollution N95 Mask -Pack of 1 (Yellow). On 19 May 20 I received an SMS stating that my order has been delivered but when I enquired with my family members I came to know that the subject consignment never delivered at my address. I immediately lodged a complaint with you via Snapdeal Mobile app and e-mail several times but every time I received a reply from your end that " As per your record product has been delivered". Further you also informed that matter has been taken for further investigation but till date after almost one month I never received any revert from your end. I also tried to contact your customer care over the phone but you have withdrawn that service. I hereby demand to show me the proof of delivery which will indicate that you have delivered the product to me and the name of the person who has received the same.
I am utterly surprised that company like you are taking advantage during the most sensitive time when we all are fighting against a pandemic like COVIT-19. I don't know how many customers like me fell into your trap of squeezing money during this sensitive time. This is my humble request to you that please stop your activity of raising fund in this way. I know you are nowhere in front of giant e-com company like Amazon and Flipkart. It is clear that kind of customer satisfaction they are providing you will never be able to. If you need money then please at least don't cheat your customers. My personal suggestion is that to improve your customer service you will get your customer automatically.
Requesting you to please let me know whether you are going to refund my money or not. I am tired of following up with you. If you think that refund of money not possible for you then please let me know the same also. I will think that I have donated that amount to any NGO. If you are unable to resolve my complaint then I will have no other alternative to go to consumer forum, all the social networking platforms and send you a legal notice with demanding compensation for harassment, mental torture and family suffer. My order details given below.

The report about Snapdeal is not good. Give an ultimatum and go for Consumer Forum. more
NEVER BUY SNAPDEAL THIS SITE SALE ONLY FAKE ITEMS more
File FIR with police with respect of non receipt of goods as per order no ........ And lodge complain at consumer court. Cost may not be commensurate with refund amount but justice will establish. There is no other way to teach them more
They just snapped you for a deal. They became richer. Now you can suck your left or right thumb. Why can't you learn to patronize the traders in your neighborhood? They too set up shops to do trading and you can feel and see what you are buying. And if anything wrong you can always go back to him/her face to face. And wait for Jack Ma to visit India. more
Dear Ayun, You have teach them a lesson by filing a petition in appropriate Consumer Forum. I did teach a lesson to a trader for charging extra while swiping a debit card. You too can try the same. more
