Snapdeal fraud

I bought a Panasonic printer through snapdeal. After a couple of weeks the printer started giving printing problems. Since it is under warranty, I contacted our local dealer who said the drum which is defective should be changed but it is not covered under warranty. find the email id of the police officer in the postal address of snapdeal. File a complaint by email to police and forward it to Snapdeal also. more
Warranty card is NOT required. ONLY invoice is required. You can register online via Panasonic website. You need invoice which you can print from your account in snapdeal. Sl no can be found on the printer itself. After registering online, next day, call the support center or lodge complaint via online itself in Panasonic website. more
I feel you should take up with consumer court after giving due notice These e commerce units are not giving any bills .Last week i purchased a seat fom Healthcart they have not sent any bill.I have my doubts it is a case of tax evasion more
This is the problem with eCommerce in India. In this corruption filled and duping mentality of many of the commercial men, the system practiced abroad may not be suitable in India. The Western countries have stricter laws and their judgments are in favour of consumers. But in India we do not have adequate protection for consumers who enter in to eCommerce practice. more
As per my thought no manufacturer can refuse to give warranty, no matter it was purchase by any hell dealer. They had manufactured that product. more
