Shouldn't an unconditional access to Clean Air, Water & Food be a pre-requisite to endorsing Yoga sessions at such a large scale? Will we be Healthy, or rather fall Sick upon rejoicing Yoga sessions in the "Most polluted" Air of the World? more

Shri Vikash Pan ji, The Home & the Office happen to fall at the same place i.e. National Capital--Delhi & NCR for which Official Reports from United Nations have been released & substantiated an Umpteen times that "Air Quality" of the National Capital fair WORST in the whole World! We are rather keen on scouring the consolidated results of "National Air Quality Index" which were established by Govt. of India a couple of months ago! Neither did Govt. revealed anything, nor did Media bother to follow-up over this issue! more

Seen in T. V., many adds of yoga Centers necessitating the compulsory condition of Open place Yoga Centers particularly restricting within the Rooms & Halls of 4 side walls. more

Try doing yoga in the Morning or in Gardens where air quality is much better more

Very genuine query and really matters lot. But that shouldn't stop from practicing Yoga, may be at home or work place where air quality is relatively better. more
