Heart Healthy Loaded Health Drink!

How to make this heart-healthy drink:
Ingredients:•
1 cup ginger juice - Use a grater to prepare ginger pulp and then squeeze it into a glass •
1 cup crushed garlic •
1 cup lemon juice •
1 cup apple cider vinegar •
5 tablespoons honey
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients, except the honey, in a small pot and heat over medium heat for 30 minutes. Be sure to stir the mixture every few minutes.
2. Remove the mixture from the heat and wait for it to cool completely.
3. Add the honey, mix well and pour the drink into a clean bottle. The bottle can be kept in the refrigerator for up to two months.
Drink one teaspoon of the mixture every morning before eating or drinking. In a short time, you’ll feel its many active ingredients start to work and you’ll know that you are taking good care of your heart and blood vessels. more  

I have been using this mix for several years. I do not heat it. Grind garlic in vinegar and ginger juice and honey. Honey is a good preservative. No need to heat this mix. I do refrigerate the mix and use one TB spoon every morning in empty stomach.. more  
Certainly, it has boosted immunity. more  
Do you feel any better than "the pre before consuming this mixture staus" - I mean feeling more energetic, feling fresh particularly waking up from slep in the morning.

The combination of Ginger, Garlick, Lemon and honey is said to increase the immunity against diseases. Partiicularly chindren with repeated respiratory infections were given Honney and lemon in the morning. more

Are you sure that vinegar can be heated for 30 minutes and it will not chemically react and become some toxic substance ?? Will it be safe to drink this concoction?? more
