Seven Heart-Healthy Herbs and Spices to Add to Your Diet

1.Turmeric
Turmeric contains bioactive compound curcumin with medicinal properties.

5. Black Pepper

It is also a potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory booster. More importantly, its active compound, piperine, has been shown to have the ability to lower LDL (bad) cholesterol and increase HDL (good) cholesterol levels.

6. Cloves

Apart from also containing fiber, vitamins, and minerals, cloves are particularly rich in antioxidants. The antioxidants in cloves reduce your risk of heart disease, as well as diabetes and some types of cancer. Moreover, cloves are an excellent source of potassium, which can help control heart rate and blood pressure.

7. Coriander

Research suggests that coriander may be beneficial for your heart, as it helps lower blood pressure and LDL (bad) cholesterol while also increasing HDL (good) cholesterol. Nothing like age old food Habits and the ingredients. Atleast they are available in prepared form in bottles, that atlleast makes it easy to add to the diet. more

Many people suffers from urinary infection, urinary stone and takes shelter from alopathy doctors. Doctors administer some medicines which creates more side effects. But, there are simple, in expensive home remedies, which, if consumed for two weeks or till stone in urine is flushed, daily it may be consumed. 1. Chop six inch long banana stem. Wash it well. Sock the chopped stem over night. Consume daily in the morning in empty stomach. 2. Take a teaspoon of horsegram. Sock over night in 200 ml water. Consume the water along with the socked horsegram by chewing daily. Result is assured. No side effect and in expensive. Remedy for internal and external piles. Take an earthen pot of one liter capacity. Sock boiled rise of 50 -100 grams in bone liter pure water. Close it with a lead overnight. Consume in early morning by blending a small sambar ONION and with a pinch of sea salt daily for 15 days. Relief will be felt gradually. more  
Along with two inch long raw termeric, two inch long ginger, quarter teaspoon ( kala jeera). Chop termeric,ginger in small pieces. Boil in 200 ml water,till it becomes 100 grams. Filter the mixture. Consume minimum thrice a day. Benefit includes relieves all stomach related issues, of ULSCER, gallbladder, acidity, fatty liver, pcos, constipation, bleeding helps diluting plague, clears all blood arteries. Avoid all spicy, deep fried, junk foods, eat more fiber foods. Timely fmintake of good food, sleep, brisk walk for 30 minutes and performing asanas, mandookasa would assist restoring good health. more
