Please take back the whole amount . more
when the project is not approved from CIDCO it is illegal to buy such a house from illegal builder, before on hand and buying you should check all the legal papers & approvals from the concerned legal authorities if dont know you can consult legal experts for the help, now this question is over, so send a legal notice to the builder with a copy to concerned dist. Consumer court/forum for refund of money paid !!! more
consumer forum is the best option to claim refund... anything illegal even if registered has zero value. It is the biggest mistake you have committed by investing money without checking all approvals of the project. more
A very good afternoon to all of you I am a vodaphone constumer. Yesterday I recharged for Rs. 249/as net pack. I called customer care and told, after completing my net pack from call pack cash is getting deducted. Vodafone has two different pack of recharge. One is call other one is net. My problem was after the completion of net pack why they are allowing me to take from call pack. So I called customer care and the have misguided to send stop to 1925. One o clock I recharged net pack. I did not use any mb. I called them told my pblms.By 2.30my net pack was locked. It was them who misguided. When I called to complain they said it is lapsed and I will not get it back. They said complaint is registered and complaint number will be sent to me. They did not do. Then I called once again. Result was same. Then contacted nodal officer. No result. Today again called nodal officer. No positive result. What should I do. I need to file a consumer protection case. But who is the person from Vodafone. They are not ready to give their address also. Thomas On Jan 16, 2017 8:17 PM, "Suhas Walke" wrote: > more
