Real Estate Bill - Telangana
I see there is no progress on the notification of Draft version of the Real Estate Bill for the state of Telangana. This shows how the government is indifferent to the suffering of the people and keep supporting the Builders community for their own cut from the profits.
I am suffering from the delays in the Project and faulty design of the flat more payment for rectification. Maintenance being asked even though the construction not being completed and that too in cash which mean no bills to support the payment.
I am fail to see any difference in the builder's attitudes towards customers and quality work as it seems they are sure of no law or diversion if brought with delay. more

The will to reign in builders ,Punishments in executing the lawful action by state is lacking even after a central bill is passed.Builders are still looting the public,the hapless invester is waiting for the justice.This shows as to how much influence the builders wields with the state governments. more

Real Estate Bill is hanging since since morethan a decade. Since the first draft it's clauses doesn't do any favour to the buyer. It being redrafted again and again at plea of builder lobby. Do we want such act when it is not for SAB SAATH SAB KA VIKAS. If they bring one law it should be applicable to all states and state should give powers to modify it as per their convenience. This what happened to Hyderabad Buildings Rules, several amendments as per pleas of the builder recommended by municipal corporations, rest of important clauses like Enforcement Authority, Tribunal, Ombudsman remains in paper like others ward committee and Area Sabha appointments. more
