Problems of senior citizen of the age of 60/65

Namaste,
I would like to draw your kind attention on the difficulties faced by common people who are having age 60 0r 60+ and retired from sector where there is no facility of pension.
These are the people
Who has paid income tax throughout the life but they are not getting any benefit from gov. after retirement.
Who has spent most of his saving including his provident fund in making his house fulfilling requirements of his family like education of children and their marriage and for any other major medical expense.
After doing all above he may have some saving and (income from saving) this is not sufficient to maintain his life with bear minimum requirements fighting inflation. Here I have not considered any accidental medical expense. If one can suggest for medical insurance but even after paying premium for 15/20 years @ 20000/year after certain age all insurance companies are refusing insure you.
As on today at the age of 60/65 even if he is ready to work he is not able to find it.
Sir can we have some solution for such people who has no other source of income other than mentioned above.
For gov. and semi gov. employee gov. is taking care till they die and thereafter of spouse also.
Sir can I request you think for such tax payer people also for whom nobody cares, so that they also can leave respectable peacefully life.
My suggestions:
one can utilizes there experience by giving some work for witch nobody will refuse as they get some activity instead of setting at home. It can be for social work for betterment of society where most of young people may not like to work looking to their future goal and we would also like to utilize their abilities for betterment of India.
Gov.can force all private sectors to take this responsibility so that people who are going to be retired will not have any problem like this. one can say that they pay Provident fund, gratuity etc but there some conditions of min.period of service like say 5 years if person is leaving organization after 4years 10 months he will not get his gratuity. more

Very dissapointed to see no benifit either in Tax rates, slabs or relief under Sec 80D for Senior Citizens. Discussed so much in Local Circles about Senior Citizens having no pension or business, nothing came from it. It seems the FM turned a blind eye and deaf year to our plight and appeals. Politicians get lifetime benifit on everything, so they are simply do not bothered. more
Its really a serious problem for retired person now a days. Companies should be made mandatory to go for pension scheme for all employees. But our Indians business people has different mentality and psychology. They still are living in Mughal and British Raj. Make money by any money but do not share it with their employees. There should be 3rd benefit of Pension to be made compulsory other than PF and Gratuity. I have seen number of medium and small companies who are not bothering about their employees. Many of them deduct money under the name of PF or other scheme but do not give receipt to them. Even they dont give salary slip to their employees. Is is not more cruelty than British and Mughals. Corruption in this area is not at all attended by BJP Government yet. Past 2 years I am posting this issue on this circle, but there is no action yet. more
Mr. Vijay Shah's suggestions are worth some serious thinking. more
