Poor Service by Eurka forbes service team

We have been customers of eureka forbes water purifier since last two + decades. We took a AMC and due to pandemic AMC was not carried out as no service technician reported for service due to lockdown; however service team collected service related OTP stating that Service including replacement to Filter and charcoal shall be carried out once the pandemic situation eases out. Despite no. of calls no response. Off late they donot care to respond to calls. more

I am a customer of Eureka Forbes since 1990 and I am using one vaccum clearner and water purifier. The water purifier worked without any problem and continued for 14 years and due to unavailability of spares, I had to change the old model and taken a new model. The vaccum Cleaner, which I have purchased during 90's is also working excellently fine. But after such a long period some small parts (spring) have broken and in spite of reporting the matter to their sales persons, the same could not be replaced. The sales representatives only approach at regular interval for new purchases, but on referring to old machine spare parts, their cut a sorry figure and assures to report. But the spare parts could not be replaced. more

My experience is no better.After collecting MAC renewal fee the technician vanishes .On contacting he simply answers that he switched jobs. more  
Mihir sur, The contact no shared is national call center for complaints. In this platform,many members, if I am not wrong, their complaint registered and OTP shared . This indicates eureka was to depute technicians for attending issues. But, what I understand is service technicians not turned up. Now since October 2021 new management ADVANT took over Eureka water purifier. Let us hope better customer service. Other brands, some body referred in this platform that ,wanted to buy. Their services to be closely enquired before buying, as I heard,spare parts and services are based on nature of complaints and charges are on per visit basis. more  
I have decided to buy another brand purifier as i now feel company is insensitive to customer needs and even mails sent to CEO are also not acknowledged nor any action initiated. more
