PF withdrawal process

Hi, I have left Satyam in 2007 and not transferred my PF..Can anybody suggest me the process to withdraw the PF..I have PF account no..though this is not the right forum to ask this question but any personal experience are also welcomed.

Thanks more

I think you have to find out as to whether Satyam was managing employees PF accounts with a trust or with any other government agency. The filling up the forms may not be the big issue. The concern is is to pull up the right string. Kindly also find out as to whether Satyam has been deposited PF contribution at the right time and at right amount. more
Hello All, My HR team shared filled Sample forms of one employee with me. Both the forms are completely filled with his address, person bank account details. I have scanned soft copies of the forms in my email. These forms will be useful for everyone. But not sure should I upload it in Resource section or not, as it has all details of that person and sharing on social site should not be a problem. Any suggestions? or if anyone need, let me know the email id, I will share on email. more
First see the balance online at http://epfoservices.in/epfo/member_balance/member_balance_office_select.php Form needs to be filled, signed by ex company and deposited in the relevant EPFO office, i guess this will be easily done by yr ex company as they keep doing it. Take the reference no and then keep tracking it. more
Dear Mohit, You must have seen my post on your query about PF Withdrawal. Form number 10 and 19c are applicable for withdrawal. Please see the link for the form downloads http://www.epfindia.gov.in/downloads_forms.html Thnaks, Ashish Gosain. more
I worked in Whitefield, Bangalore for two years in 2005-07 and was from Delhi and am a lawyer . I had a similar experience with startup outsourcing work. I believe there is a Form 10 and a Form 7 or 12 which needs to be filled out and deposited at the Whitefield Main Road office, then keep writing to your employer and coordinating with the EPFO, Bangalore office I remember having written several remidners and letters. You will be better of if you have the PF Account number, if they have opened it for you. They say getting it transferred is easier if you are still working there rather than applying afresh but I got a refund of PF Money after 4 months of filing this form It's the account opening that takes longer. These companeis especially Satyam must not have done it because of the wrangle they got into. Check up with their PF agent. Let me know if you need to know anything else. Wishing you luck Thanks, Ashish Gosain, Advocate and Tax Return Preparer. more
