Pearl Honda Sec 37 Gurgaon not returning my car

I had given my car for repair on April 1st week 2015. The estimate given at that time was 1.5 lacs but not they are demanding 3.0 lacs. They kept the car for one and a half years saying parts were not available. My insurance company is ready to pay but the company wants more.
Can someone help me? more

Issue a Regd. Notice and after 15 days file a case before consumer forum. more

Consumer Forum along with Criminal complaint of Cheating is the Best Remedy. Advisable, without wasting any further time, opt for the same even if it cost you additionally. Worth to do something then nothing or running from pillar to post . more  
dear/ It seems to me that there is hitch between company and insurance valuer to assessed the damages, it may be looking to insurance claim value limits he submitted lower claim now if the company agrees to pay the insurance better raise value of your car and get it 100 % claim. settlement is the best way else court will decide we can never say more  
Mr V Dhagat you dont need any one to do this job .All you have go to nearest consumer court file a complaint it may cost you hundred rupees and may require to notory signature. consumer court is always in favor of consumer So DONT DEPEND ON ANY ONE FOR YOUR WORK YOU CAN ARGUE THE CASE YOURSELF AND NO NEED OF LAWYERS more
