Nykaaa portal charging more than MRP
Lot of women who order through portals like nykaa and myntra dont actually check receipt mrp and tags/label on product. See attached recent case with me. Mrp 160 charged 183.
Problem is these newbie online retailers dont check actual product. Just go by list prices.
And legal metrology or whatever dept it is doesnt know the online world. They live in weights and measures ages more

Such instances must be handled by the concerned department and steps be taken immediately. more

It is a clear violation if MRP. Since the buyer has the MRP and the discounted price,the purchase invoice or delivery challan or final bill Carrie's a different rate, is adequate for the buyer to take the supplying stores to task. NOW TAKE THESE ACTIONS. 1) send a registered letter to the MONOPOLIES REGULATORY TRADE COMMISSION ( NOW THEY ARE KNOWN AS MONOPOLY TRADE COMMISSION), with all documents for stringent action. 2) Endorse a copy to weight and measures. 3) share a copy with all supporting documents in social media and Post a copy to the supplier. The supplier come running and now down . A copy may be shared in this platform also. more

Absolutely you are right. I experience every time when I order groceries in Jio mart or Flipkart or any other online service. MRP in our Kirana stores are less than these so called Super markets and online portals. Be careful. Government is sleeping...No one bothered. Someone should take up with officials more

Mainly, youngsters buy from these portals. They are not bothered with the price, let alone the MRP. Portals take advantage of this culture more
