No medical Plans/schemes after retirement

There should be Medical Plan available after retirement to meet the Medical expenses as Medical needs increases with the increase in age. I feel it is more needed once the person gets retired. more

As per our ancient culture, people care for quality of life through cultural background, maintaining disciplined life and respect to GURU and highly knowledgeable persons. At that time people even if age old are as active as young people by maintaining regular ASHTANG YOGA (yama, niyama, pranayama, pratyaaahara, asanas, dhyana, dharana, samadhi etc.). The followers of ASHTANG YOGA seems to be strong character persons and respected in the society. I why not to follow the same disciplined life by practicing ALOMA VILOMA PRANAYAMA, BHASTRIKA, KAPALBHATHI, LITTLE OF ASANAS and get fit till death. more
