Name of Company - BSES (Reliance) Delhi
The BSES (Reliance) has very poor customer dealing system. Its customer service line 39999707 does not work many a times. In other phone numbers no one picks up. They have very limited mandate while dealing with customers.
They do not have grievance redressal of over charging or incorrect billing either on phone or on website.
Its Billing is also many a times full of errors & overcharging. It does not share any errors on the Bills when it overcharges. Its charges can be adhoc at times. more
Would the Consumer Redressal Forum be of any help? Or do we need many signatures? Even then Reliance may go scot free? Is there anything that could be done? more
-IT is almost impossible to get redressal. They supply electricity meters, electricity. They themselves, check the complaints. No real supervision by govt departments. more
Reliance itself is parallel Government. They (some of their executives) proudly says no one in India can protest against them. Because current generation is born with silver sorry diamond spoon. They need notbother about business and know how to generate money more

Their billing is very faulty .we were traveling for over a month and we received a regular bill.even when barely any electricity was consumed. more
