Myntra misleading consumers
This company myntra is misleading consumers and below is a statement by them. I want legal metrology officers to validate or invalidate it:

Price should be stated to be including or excluding GST. They are accurate in what they say - bcos if the discount is over 19%, then they will not exceed MRP after adding GST to the Discounted Price. Confusion can arise only for CoD items - for the others you see whether the Price charged to you card is the same as or exceeds the Offered Price. Personally, I would NOT accept a CoD at a price higher than the Offered Price. more

Even you have paid cash still you can raise issue for excessive amount charged over and above MRP. more

There is no justification. The only thing to see that what was original VAT % age on that product on maximum side for particular state charging maximum VAT and what was MRP inclusive of all taxes. There is no clause of discount more than 19 % and GST may be charged extra. In case GST has been enhanced on that product that has been sold after 1st July 2017, increase in amount of GST can be added and the same may be calculated by subtracting the VAT already charged. Pl upload Cash memo/Invoice in order to calculate the difference in Tax and amount being charged Extra that falls under Unfair Trade Practices. more
