In Mysore to Talguppa train itself water Bottle & other Food items are selling more than MRP [water Bottle 15Rs MRP,but they are selling at 20Rs].
In School & Colleges also they are collecting Huge Money by giving a Bill of small Amount, All the Parents required Good education to there Childrens but Fear to Complain [because they feel It may effect to there children Education],
All the Schools & Colleges [private & Govt Both] should be centailsed & controled by Central Govt Only,Then we can expect some good Features to our childrens & also to our Economy.
Till today School,Colleges, Developers & Builders are expecting Money in CASH Only [Few amount only they show in Accounts].
Better way to stop Corruption,Real Estate Mafia,School Mafia is to Offer Public [Citizens of India] Just to give Information/or with Proof on those { I mean without Proof some Incentive amount [on Total Black money Collected by Those accuse] & More Incentive to the Informer who provides with Proof.
Central Govt has to credit the Incentive amount to the respective Informer }.
I think This is the only better way to control all the above. more

I have some thing to say here. if such are the incidents and parents are not interested to make their children continue in private schools, they can opt for public schools. At the same time, I am not for exortion of money from parents. Yes GOI through Supreme Court of India has released orders, if educational institutions are not following same should be brought to the notice of govt officials. But building fund collection has become a business in education sector which should be controlled. more
