In every product a manufacturer is producing, he must be legally bound to show the following on the product without fail:
1.Production cost
2.Over Heads including transit cost, commission etc.
3.GST/CGST cost.
4.Final Sale cost.(including all taxes) not exceeding.
5.Date of production and best before date/expiry date.
6. Declaration that the product does not contain any chemical incurious to human consumption.
These must be printed in a different background color (eyecatching)
If this is not followed by manufacturer he should be liable to be punished with a fine of 10,000/- with 5 years RI impresentment. more
