Members should line up and arrange meetings at all convenient points as Gurgaon,etc. so they can meet and share their experiences and exchange doubt faster and approach the only one court of consumer in Gurgaon whereas Delhi has 10.
Also to ask the Govt.why Gurgaon & ors.people after wanting to file appeal in Statecommission have to go to panchkula,highly impractical,it should be in Gurgaon only more

I think government should arrange for e- filing of complaints.Even consumer court should accept e filing of complaints.Only one week before hearing of complaints should they be asked to come with the listed documents.This will lessen the process of filing and hearing of complaints.Once the complaint is filed it should be treated like FIR & brought to a logical conclusion. more
