Matters we have taken granted........

As per my opinion, we have taken granted some matters where we should face problem and nothing can be done. I think, we should also look into this matters. I'm listing here some points as below:

1. Delay in justice: Most of the courts are over loaded, shortage of judge and lawyer are working whet they wish. Both state and central government are silent. As a result, company have the faith that any one lodge complain they will have not face problem.

2. Electricity: When a consumer taking electricity connection (either government or private), company has not given any documents declaring guaranteed minimum (also maximum) supply voltage, maximum load shading time (per day or per month). As a result, at the evening, though electricity is available tube light is turning off, pumps are not run. In some village area, evening voltage dropped so low that it become unusable. Also there was no limit of load-shading. Why electricity company should not supply a minimum guaranteed voltage and duration in a day?

3. Savings bank account: All the banks has set their own minimum balance that has to maintain to operate a bank account. Is there any government rule decide the minimum balance, or it has been set as per the companies own? Even this limit has been changed (mostly increase) as the bank deemed so. As this minimum balance is kept by the bank as a term, why bank will not paid term deposit (fixed deposit) interest rate on it?

I think such other points also could be found by the members. more

Delayed justice has been a chronic problem and mostly the Lawyers are responsible for this by delaying the cases. more
Electricity is one of the markers of civilised life today and woefully absent, inadequately present or expensively present. more
I fully agree to what has been told, especially electricity. I am a victim of what has been said above. We have power to around 150 V only after 9 p.m. or so till morning max 5 a.m. The rest of the time, we have very dim supply which cannot be used at all. Mostly all electronic gadgets are quite often damaged due to this poor supply. There was no use of complaining to the officials. This is a type of cancer outside us which we have to live with. more
delayed justice is nothing short then crime and we Indians are helplessly tolerating crimes of law and order.,a real shame fora democratic country more
