Manufacturing defect of shoe METRO

My docket no is 1698701 .
I purchased a new show at price 2990 but after 2 days later it got damaged, I went to the Metro Samdariya placed showroom for its replacement but they denied to do this. After a complaint in this forum they accepted and processed for quality checking deptt . But after 21 days they still deny changing the product even repairing.

Unsatisfied with progress of consumer forum, No further monitoring they are doing. more

Dear Learned Readers....Everyone of us had suggested ways to settle the score with Metro Shoes. Please allow me to suggest one way. If any good thing happens in our life, we only ten people by word of mouth which actually passed on to two people only. But if any bad incident happens with us we tell it 100 people and just think of each on tells to 10 people what will be the score. Bad things travels faster. In today's life there are lot of Social media available put it on it. Tell everyone whoever you meet that NEVER BUY METRO SHOES. more  
Approaching Consumer Forum is the ultimate solution to get justice and its essential to teach them a lesson for ever. more  
In either way you had lodged Consumer Complaint - fight the same to get appropriate relief - It may be delayed But not denied. more  
Consumer case takes time but decide case with penalty on company for customer. more
