No municipal corporation or local body really bothers to keep their roads, streets and drains clean. What poor citizens can do. There should be a will power on their own on the part of municipalities and corporations and local bodies to keep their areas clean. Then only things will improve. Government officials along with citizen committees should periodically inspect and give feedback and a rating on local bodies work to the Government and those people in the local authority if get poor rating should be removed forthwith. more
