when we want to achieve the goal for the cleanliness throughout the nation it is important that the persons involved in this mega project must try to contribute to the maximum extent though it may be through various methods of time -energy and resources. however the administrators and the persons posted in the high positions specially in the urban local bodies department and municipal corporations tend to have a flare of self praise and even if they do nothing they are more news psyche and due to their nexus of the local mafia types like minded persons pose themselves in the news items and make sure that their photograph is shown it the papers by hook or crook, which thereafter they send to the central government and get award and appraisal and even a tour to the foreign countries without even doing anything real at the ground, therefore it is suggested that as the government has various eyes and ears before giving or releasing the funds to the local bodies and awarding the so called commissioners/administrators or otherwise a strict and staunch real time field enquiries may be conducted as to who has done the real work and reward them insted rather than the person who poses in such a manner. more

There are some system based which cleans the Air based on PLASMA . Low Power consumption , Portables, Can be mounted on Truck / Tempo . They reduced Toxic Fumes , gases. International Certifications are there. I went to CPCB but there is no response. Instead of providing solution to industries they will put closure notice . It is their duty. Thats all. In fact I would say it is Central Pollution creating ( Control ) Board. There is No practical activity instead of creating large reports & measurements. more
