Lost Pan Card

How to get a replacement one. Please share step by step process? Thank you in advance circle mates. more

Nothing to worry to lost PAN Card. Fill in a Form 49A on UTIISL / NSDL website, mention proof of yourself, date of birth, address etc., pay requisite fee on line & take acknowledgement of it. Then send acknowledgement with copy of documents which you have mentioned in the Form 49A. After processing of acknowledgement new card will be issued. more

WORK OF IT DEPT)GIVE NECESSARY ADDRESS PROOF ALSO FOR NEW ADDRESS.(COMPLETE LIST OF VALID DOCUMENTS ACCEPTABLE TO IT DEPT IS AVAILABLE ON THAT SITE.PLEASE SPARE YOUR VALUABLE FEW MINUTES THERE YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN YOUR JOB more  
You may contact the nearest Ayakar Bhawan and fill up the form with details about your address and Date of Birth etc. ang submit the form with copy of your ID Proof so that you will get the Duplicate Pancard within 2 weeks.I got it recently like this. more  
SIMPLY FILL UP ONLINE CORRECTION FORM 49A AT NSDL WEBSITE AND ATTACHED ID,ADDRESS AND DOB PROOF WITH THEM AND SEND IT TO GIVEN ADDRESS. more
