1. Smile!
Yes, it helps you lose fat because when you smile, you don't let stress affect you. Did you know that cortisol hormone, which is a fat-inducing hormone, is released when you are under stress? Indulging in activities like meditation, music or anything that helps you fight stress is a sure shot way of shedding body weight.
2. Sleep!
When you are deprived of a good and healthy sleep, you would feel tired and in a process to gain energy to bear the day, you would eat more. Have a nice 7-8 hours of sleep and your weight will be maintained in the long run. Also, it'd help if you don't check out any electronic gadgets before you go to bed. Those waves won't let you sleep as well as you would without them.
3. Chew!
When you chew your food well, it will give you a feeling of a fuller stomach. Of course, you would feel hungry after some time, but eating 5 light meals a day is better than eating 3 heavy ones. This will also increase the level of your metabolism and control the level of your blood sugar.
Three simple ways that would make you shed that flab and be in shape, and that too without doing any exercise.
