Recently I was in Rajasthan for some family property issue and despite me opposting family paid money to get it done as there was no way out.
The ease of Doing business report only considers Delhi and Mumbai. Most of India people and business still struggle with bribes. Villages situation is much worse.Sarpanch corruption from Govt schemes is mind boggling. more

We need to build better and effective organisation than CVC. CVC is nothing but one more government organisation creating employment. more

There is no CVO or any vigilance officer monitoring this site. This is of no use to discuss. No law enforcement authority. Better to login at www.cvc.nic.in and submit your complaints. This may help to curb corruption. more

"The India Corruption Survey 2017 - 45% Indians Paid Bribes in Last 12 Months" is not just a wake-up call but a reflection of the present state of affairs. This survey does not reflect the working of the individual department of any corporation, state or the central government. Pin-pointing would yield better results. Other-wise it is just an eye-wash to project a negative impact. Secondly, all dispute resolution mechanisms should be time-bound. Even courts should be covered. "JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED" should be the maxim. Each and every department should be assessed on the basis of number of complaints received and disposed off. The number of appeals would indicate the efficacy of the working. Such numbers of Dispute Resolution System should be declared stage-wise and month-wise on the web site of the department. The Government expects the citizen to be linked up with the system through the Aadhar. But it does not wish to link itself with any such system so that the bureaucracy is exposed. more

all such issue can be resolved only if > pass a regulation that if work is not done is a timed date it will be operator's responsibility > if he fails to full fill it he will not suspended but will loose his job. > in fact a government employee has a strong feeling that their job is very very secure & they have no fear for job to retain.
