Getting calls from scammer as RM ..no cyber crime help...no Bank help...all details are shared by bank??...

Fraud transactions victim should find merchant..how they don't know where scammer transfered...icici bank investigation team are also not good...what work do they do just closing by saying victim shared details but how did that scammer get all these details of credit card those who didn't use Cards yet???

A friend got a call for his pending payment and they asked him how to pay by calling on other numbers. It was scammer. Now the question is how did scammer get my friends detail of pending payments??? Bank data is sold. Same icici bank more

It's very strange that scammers can merge with bank account details and mobile messages through link. There should be a limit to not let any link work on any bank application programming. Like sms forwarded should be till customers mobile number not further forwarded. Maybe also in mobile we need to get advance features. more

Why bank is not stopping transaction which is fraud and they waste time In searching link clicked. Rules are not as per requirement. It's totally nonsense to report for fraud transactions. They keep confirming if it was fraud call but not stopping transaction. Rubbish bank rules and they are supporting crime to happen more. more

It's surprising banks application program has option to merge other links to forward otps to other number. Wow what a programme and how smart are the scammer they made a link to cheat by asking customers to upgrade version from their personal link. more
