Letter of new CBDT chairman

Highlights what to expect from CBDT more

This is routine and no more.
Demand is raised to me for AY 2018-19, As per IT dept it is TDS mismatch. I have responded as not agreed because what ever I have claimed is same as form 26AS. But there is no response for last 4 months. So I has raised grievance through E-Nirvan and uploaded form 26AS, after 1 month Dy Comm says "Collection is available in 26As" can any body decode it for me. What I should do now. I have downloaded
ITR Form, which I have uploaded on E-filling site and 26AS form, I have checked both are matching. Are there two different sites of 26AS, one for public and other for CPC ?
Can any body suggest what should done. I am Senior Citizen. more
It will be appreciated if the Chairman, CBDT, confirms if the money sourced from unclaimed and un-refunded money diverted under the provisions of Chapter VII, The Finance Act of 2015, for the welfare of senior citizens will be counted as income for the purposes of widening the tax base? more
Implementations in respect of Small Tax Payers - Crors in numbers including Senior Citizens and Very very Senior Citizens are more Important and crucial in the context.
To meet the targets entrusted to Officials, lacs of UNDUE Notices are served, resulting in to EXTORTION of money so to avoid the Harassment’s and Hardship.
Numerous verdicts of High Court’s and Apex Court, including the CEBT, are well evident to the effect.
Though, to some extend the Dept. might have succeeded, ultimately the Highest Authority have to look in the matter and required to issue the directives to the effect on the very First Day of resuming the Charge.
Hope this will improve further, else we have to face it one or the other way, till it get resolved. more
But, there are occasions when the services are not helpful, eg presently I searched ceiling site to see my form 26about tax deducted by different as agencies. Unfortunately, it does not work for quite some time. more
Ever word is fine in the letter. more
