Lack of medical facilities in the capital

The lack of enough general hospitals in twin cities is glaring .It will take one decade even if you decide on it .
The population specially the middle class and lower middle class can not afford to seek medical help for minor and trivial problems by paying hefty amounts to doctors and are being treated by quacks ,RMPs ,PMPs with all sort of drugs and even injections sometimes ending in deaths ,emergencies.
If the state govt cannot help them they can atleast use the income from GHMC by amending the rules to deploy a number of mobile municipal dispensaries manned by one doc,one male Paramedic and one female nurse to cater to small injuries ,wounds , fevers ,diarrheas, cough and cold .They can be placed for two hours at different localities by publicising well and all citizens can avail the facilities .
This will mitigate to suffering of the needy and old and infirm . more

Today’s news that the govt has set up mobile clinics for senior citizens is a welcome step. More services for seniors are needed . Apart from it more mobile dispensaries for the poor population, for minor illnesses by govt or municipality like mumbai more
There is every need to provide medicare to every one, whether it is private or government it doesn't matter for a person to live. Things should be in such a way that every hospital should be the private and government conglomerate, not private hospital, not government hospital. more

As felt by Mr. Sharma, all politicians, elected representatives, IAS/IPS officers should get treatment at State Govt health facilities. Then only we can expect some betterment and budget flow will also start. more
There are no enough government hospitals. Due to various reasons even middle class or lower middle class prefer private corporate hospitals knowing fully well that they are likely to be exploited. Only solution is for every municipal ward the government should try to establish a small hospital/dispensary wherein at least first aid is given more
