Jio claim vs performance

About a week back I purchased a Reliance JIO router and SIM card. When I installed it, it gave download speed in the range of 0.5 to 5 Mbps. By evening there was hardly any signal. My complains so far has not been satisfactorily responded. JIO asked me to speak to their customer care no 198. I spoke to them after several efforts and only assurance I got was some technical person will speak to me in 24 hrs. Nothing happened. I have stopped using JIO link after 3 days. I may be mentioned that another service I am using gives me download speed of over 25 to 30 Mbps. I have requested JIO to refund me full cost I have paid.
I am sharing this experience so that others should not get cheated like me more

I made a complain to JIO about their poor performance and requested to refund my money. After some delay I was told that JIO is overwhelmed by response and in my area it is heavily used ( this was the reason for poor performance) and added that they correct the situation in three months. ( solution ) No word on refund. since it is only one week since the purchase they should have agreed for refund and I have also informed that I have stopped using after three days. Today, I inquired with a road side mobile dealer and he said this is a common problem. more
I was recently in Chennai and to my utmost horror I was completely stranded as jio did not function. I have returned today and it is still not functioning. We want a reliable service not just false promises. more
Jio need to improve services a lot ,as in competition airtel and voda phone services are far better .If jio does not improve services /network ,i am sure despite low cost people would discard jio as ultimately quality matters more
