To me you are doing O.K. Except that there is no short cut to Exercise. You must Exercise like it is your Prayer if you want to remain Healthy. You may also discuss this with your personal Physician. more
1. The reading was measured with around 10 mins of rest and before that i was moving around the home normally, nothing which increases heart rate. 2. Weight - 58 3. I dont exercise 4. Normal healthy diet including fruits / milk. Min oily / junk food 5. daily water intake - 1-1.5 lt 6. whenever measured it comes 92 , 94, 96 around these numers only 7. Blood pressure is 70-100 Please advice more
How long were you resting? How much do you weigh? How often do you exercise? How well do you eat? Do you stay hydrated? How often has it been 95 at rest? 60-100 is considered "normal", however, a lot of factors play into that. Yes it should rise with any exertion. How much depends on how much exertion, Also what is the blood pressure, if it is running low your heart rate may be compensating. more
IT IS WITHIN RANGE AND AS SUCH WOMEN HAVE HIGHER PULSE RATE THAN MEN SO THERE IS NO NEED TO BE OVERLY CONCERNED ABOUT IT. MY WIFE ALWAYS HAD HER PULSE RATE ABOUT 90 OR HIGHER, SHE MENTIONS IT TO ALMOST ALL THE DOCTORS SHE CONSULTS WHO EITHER DO NOT SAY ANYTHING OR GENERALLY ADVISE NOT TO AVOID SUDDEN FIGHT OR FRIGHT or HEAVY EXERTION BUT BE ACTIVE AND HAVE SOME EXERCISE TO IMPROVE STAMINA. TAKE LOT OF FLUIDS. BE COOL AND NOT TO GET RATTLED ON PETTY ISSUES(husband and in laws included), MEDITATE etc. KEEP HAPPY, CHEERS more
