Injustice to small stars in Telugu film field - urgent measures needed.

Recent turmoil in the film industry on the revelation by a small starlet about the denial of membership in Movie artists association to Telugu speaking artists in Hyderabad is well understood and she deserve all our sympathy.
She also alleged that non Telugu speaking artists are being encouraged in to the field due to nepotism and chances are also few and non existent.
She talked about the exploitation of women artists due to casting couch boldly obliquely referring to some groups ,studios , individuals and cartels .
Though her language was very pungent and some times raw , uncouth ,she deserves every attention.she was wrong in half naked exhibition at MAA hq to draw attention to her being denied membership by vested interests.she can be punished by law for such extreme indiscretion.she can be reprimanded.
The government of Telangana must bring pressure on M AA and Telangana movie artists association in Hyderabad to be democratic and encourage local Telugu artists in to the field and also lower the fee for registration fee to nominal Rs 10,000- for registration for all.Otherwise split is not far off and more agitations are on cards.
Vindictive attitude towards her and similar small artists smells of high handed mafia like control on the industry .
The govt must deny all exemptions to the studios ,taxes, exhibitors to be more receptive to all talented artists.
Let us not judge people . more

Sad that there is no positive statements of regrets from bigwigs of industry except MAA .The women s bodies have de used to take the battle gir justice father.More demands are in store more agitations ,more revelations . It is time to open a dialogue with the new Stree Shakti setting tone for redressal .Other wise more damage is expected to the film industry due to further interference by state and central governments . more
The human rights commission and the consequent orders has upheld the constitution as supreme and indicates that we are protected by law.MAA has taken back its ban andappointed a CASH . There are more reforms expected from the industry like ban on Coordinators who are alleged to be responsible for some extent for casting couch problems apart from exploitation in wage fixation and distribution to the persons in the acting field and the others responsible are individuals from all trades and groups including other categories which need to correct them selves in view of the new upwheal. The respondents like information broadcasting ministry ,Govt of Telengana has to institute more checks and balances in to this industry before doling out more concessions. more
The Shivasena in 1970s made it a point to Bombay film industry to either employ local Maharashtrians in 50-60% in all crafts including acting. Even now the unions are a big force and they keroOn interfering in film production if there is a complaint. It is time the Telangana government interfere and bring a settle ment and fair justice to locals. more
Talented local people are to be give so that their daily work problem will sort out so that state will develop more
The sudden decision to refuse the artist the membership in MAA is a knee jerk reaction. They are guilty after her detailed exposure of the existing system and since they are defamed and cannot defend adequately in law .Therefore if she goes to court of law she will get justice. They have no depart ment of sexual harassment department in film industry as it is mandatory in all industries She teams can intervene.womens associations can intervene . Honorable CM can intervene. There are many loop holes in this industry which can be investigated officially. Human rights organisation can get her rights back Courts can defend her . more
