Illegal GST Collection is Caught

The Telangana State had conducted secret raids on traders of different places since last 5 days and collected back the Excess collected GST from such Businessmen amounting to about Ten lakhs Thirty thousand in Hyderabad City alone.
As has been suggested in our circles, unless the States take interest in coordination with the Centre, GOI cannot have real achievement . The Businessmen & Traders are still not realizing Business ethics not only in implementing Card Swiping Machines but also in the issue of GST . more

The GOI and all the state governments should follow the suit. It is not clear as to why the GOI is hesitant in clarifying the correct position and issuing necessary instructions/notifications to the traders/business community with warning for stringent actions against those found guilty of flouting the laid down norms and instructions for the benefit of the consumers in general!. Since 4 months period since introduction of the new taxation policy has already passed, it is high time that the government warm up itself to initiate punitive actions against those traders found guilty of deceiving the consumers by taking undue advantage of the GST in dishonest manner for their own benefits dishonestly! more
People should be educated not to pay above MRP. more
MRP printed on many products are on the higher side and this is to help retailers to loot customers. Today,I purchased a packet of JK copier A4 paper(Lot No.J1703001 with MRP printed as Rs.285.00. The retailer sold this item to me for Rs.190.00 inclusive of GST. Unless strict action is taken against manufactures printing mindless MRP on products general public will be the real losers. more
But MRP printed on the product is not realistic/genuine. Today, I bought a charger for Activa Scooter manufactured by India Nippon Electricals Ltd , Hosur. MRP is 400/-but shopkeeper charged 330/- from me. Later the mechanic told me that it is available around Rs 260 to 265. Ultimately, it is consumer who suffer. more
Good step in the state of Telengana. Let other states also follow such action and Central Government may please provide a tool free number to lodge complaint against the traders, who are charging excess than the GST provisions. more
GOI & States shall mandate criminal punishments on all opted means of looting public Funds and Government Income/wealth .Politics alone ruining people more
The Government is making difficult Cash transaction by restricting lower denomination notes scarce in the ATM. So anyone taking more than 3000 are loaded with 2000 Rs. and 500 Rs. notes. However the sellers prefer cash only and they do not reflect GST in bills. They only give bills handwritten. Because of GST all traders have increased the cost of many products and the public pay excess than what they really are to pay. pathetic situation. for no fault of theirs the public are put to lot of inconvenience. more
It is a pity that good governance is being opposed for personal gains. Constructive opposition is absent and personal gains & capturing power by all means is desired by opposition which will ruin the country. Traders want to earn as much as possible and are not adhering to tax laws by bypassing them. more
Businessmen & Traders of Opposition Parties are working for defeat in the Justified GST also.GOI to care more
