I paid Rs 1000 to Claim Executive for smooth settlement of my Car accident claim!!!!!!!!!

Well, what did you do?? If you paid the bribe, you can always assuage your conscience by calling the bribetaker corrupt! more  
The example which I quoted was examples only...let me tell you some real example. I entered in oneway where no sign board was there and Police was not standing at the entry they were at Exit so can anyone tell me what could be the situation. another exapmle. Police called me for passport verification..when I have submitted all docs they take me in one room and asked if you would not pay 500 your verification will be -V tell me sir what should I do. One more. I had accident last month Claim person told if you want smooth and fast process of claim you will have to pay Rs 2000 my claim amount was of rs 45,000...tell me sir what should I do now. more  
these days normally dont have to pay to settle yr accident claim. Your case may be you wanted more money to be with you so it seems. more  
Krishen, I know that this is the procedure in Delhi. Gurgaon is still behind in catching up. Have they also introduced the same system.? Any way Mohit found a easy short cut method. Regards. more  
Mr Chandra, with reference to "Otherwise you would have had to spend a full day in the Court and still would have had to pay Rs500/-. The Lawyer would have robbed you of another 1000/-", this is not factually correct. It is easy to compound the offence by paying the fine simply by sending a cheque. A court appearance is NOT necessary. more
